ABSTRACT: The purpose of this research study was to investigate and exploit the effect of team conflicts on organizational performance using three types of team conflicts including task conflict, relationship conflict and process conflict as independent variables making an impact on organizational performance which was the dependent variable. Employees working in top management and middle-level management of different construction companies in Rawalpindi & Islamabad were selected as targeted respondents. 354 questionnaires were distributed among respondents out of which 300 were returned back; with a response rate of 85%. The findings reveal that allthree independent variables i.e., task conflict, relationship conflict and process conflicts, have a positive association with organizational performance. Managerial implications and guidelines for future research study on team conflicts and organizational performance were also discussed.
