ABSTRACT: The basic objective of the study is to find the magnitude of level of engagement of the sampled respondents regarding their job and critical factors affecting the employee engagement. The research has suggests several practical implications that the environment and communication level to be improved and supervisors could play a vital role in improving the employee engagement through their social support and leadership qualities. Further the organizations must to be providing the culture of employee engagement inside the organization. Employee engagement is the vital factor for the profitability of the organization. Hence the factors affecting the employee engagement are the communication, social support and leadership.
